*Floor to ceiling sliding windows on the lanai offering panoramic views of the gulf

*Child and infant items included: high chair, pack and play w/bedding, and booster seat

*Living room has a recliner and a couch with hide a bed and new TV- recently updated

*Dining table for 4-6 plus an additional table for 4 on the lanai

*Brand new kitchen and granite-filled with everything you would need including spices

*We visit the condo often with attention to details & updates to bedding, etc. frequently

*Beach equipment – a rolling beach cart, umbrellas, beach towels, and chairs are available

*Cleaning supplies and paper goods are supplied
