The unit tends to 'live' larger than most others at Fisherman's Cove with its gorgeous, open lanai (not a porch), furnished with sofa, a large comfortable chair and a breakfast nook table with four chairs to enjoy the great views of the Gulf, and washer/dryer in unit. Wildlife and sunsets while relaxing or enjoying a meal. Watching various beach activities is easy with tinted 'privacy glass' allowing easy viewing outside while you're inside. As a second-floor unit with new sliding glass doors ~10 feet tall, it allows for fabulous vistas and spectacular sunsets. Throughout most of the condo you can enjoy stunning sunsets (almost) daily.

With the queen sleeper sofa the unit sleeps six. Both bedrooms have large flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has a new king bed and furniture. The second bedroom has two new twin beds and furniture. There are also great views of the lagoon out back where you can enjoy renting a kayaking, canoeing, fishing or just sitting on the docks. With water views throughout the unit you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening!
