Enjoy Gulf sunsets and the sounds of the surf from your 2nd floor, beachfront condo - just one flight of steps - or use the elevator. Unit A205 offers the perfect place to enjoy the sea and sky from sunrise to sunset! On the Gulf side, a spacious lanai offers an unobstructed 180 degree view. Watch as dolphins and manatee appear and boats pass on the horizon. The inland side overlooks Fisherman Cove's private boat dock on Blind Pass Lagoon, which leads to the bird sanctuary, Little Sarasota Bay and the Gulf.
You’ll find A205 just right for living on the beach. It’s light-filled and airy, comfortable and casual. This year we installed a big screen TV in the Living Room and a lanai easy chair, Last year we added a new, king bed in the master bedroom, beautiful ceramic tile throughout the unit and a new lanai dinette set. The lanai dinette set accommodates four, while the dining room table easily seats up to eight. Our goal remains to make A205 the best condo to rent in the entire complex.
Bring your boat or rent one for a day as the boat docks are free! Your boat trailer must be kept off property and the on-site office can provide a list of places in the area for storage.
Each unit features cable television, wireless internet access, fully equipped kitchen, a heated community pool, boat slips, kayak launching and assigned parking.

The on-site office staff is there to be of service. Guests are responsible for providing any additional paper products needed during their stay.
Dine at several excellent restaurants within walking distance, or drive to Crescent Beach approximately 2.5 miles north where there is a grocery and other stores and restaurant options. The Siesta Key Village is approximately 7 miles distance on the island. Off island trips bring you to diverse neighborhoods and shopping and dining areas within a 15 to 30 minute drive.
Fisherman’s Cove, Siesta Key, is adjacent to Turtle Beach with picnic area, grills and boat ramp. You will drive through Turtle Beach Park to our gated community – leaving the traffic behind. Our south end of Siesta Key is known as the quieter end of the island and has a laid back feel. The action on the northern end is available via free trolley service or thru one of the free ride services that work for tips.
While you are here, you will want to visit Siesta Key Public Beach and put your toes in the world famous white sand which consists of 99% pure quartz, ultimately derived from the southern Appalachians. Over millennia, rivers carried the grains of sand into the Gulf of America and south along Florida’s coast. Those quartz grains are fine, without any coral or shell fragments, which results in sand with a soft, flour-like texture.
Sarasota is known as the Cultural Center of Florida with many live theaters and art galleries. Definitely worth a visit is the Ringling Campus with the State Art Museum of Florida, the Circus Museum and Ca’ d’Zan Mansion on Sarasota Bay. Marie Selby Botanical Gardens and Mote Marine are other very special attractions in Sarasota for both adults and children.
